Sweet Heat

Sweet Heat falls in between our Original mix and our Hot and Spicy mix.  It's a tad bit on the sweeter side, and doesn't give off as much of a punch though.  We add garlic and onion to finish out a savory flavor profile.  After 18 hours of marinade with USDA Top Round Beef we cook it to just the right texture - not too dry and not too moist.  It's a favorite around the shop.
